Reserve your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 14 days prior to your event! Remaining balance is due ten days prior to scheduled due date.

We can't always accommodate short notice orders but when we can, there may be an additional charge. Any order placed within 10 days of the desired due date requires full payment at the time of booking.

Ok, that was corny but we had to let you know!  Our products may contain or may come in contact with equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, dairy and wheat 

That's fine! We'll get you squared away. Sweet Street is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipment being returned to the post office as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or for recipient's inability to receive the package at specified location.

Cancel at least ten days before scheduled due date and receive a refund in the amount of the order minus the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made within five days of the scheduled due date will NOT receive a refund.

A one time credit may be offered and must be used within 12 months of the original scheduled due date or it will be forfeited.

We're so eager to see you and we thank you for understanding that all orders must be picked up within the scheduled 15 minute pick-up window! If you miss your pick-up time, your order will be held for 24 hours. After that, your order may be forfeited and offered to another customer. 

We have to share our inclement weather policy with you!

If driving conditions are unsafe, orders will be held and rescheduled when driving conditions are more safe. If I am able to safely deliver, that option may be added for an additional fee.

No refunds will be issued for COVID-19 related cancellations unless there is a government directed shutdown. In that case, you will receive a credit for a future order (if within 10 days of order due date) or a full refund if order is due in more than 10 days.

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. To ensure you are satisfied with your order, please inspect the order as soon as it is received. Should any product be damaged upon delivery, we will be happy to issue a replacement or credit once the damaged product has been returned. Return shipping postage is the customer's responsibility.
